• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, AKS, Stark, CMS
• Experience in digital health or healthtech
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong judgment and integrity

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and contracts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws
• Support risk management and quality assurance
• Serve as legal partner for strategic initiatives
• Manage external counsel relationships
