Requirements

• 9+ years of UK big 4 experience
• In-depth understanding of valuation approaches
• Strong excel modelling skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, accounting, or business
• ACA (or equivalent) and/or CFA qualified preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation analyses for financial reporting
• Advise clients on corporate actions and financial objectives
• Perform goodwill and asset impairment testing
• Conduct valuations for tax purposes
• Prepare valuation reports and client communications
