Requirements

• 3+ years UK big 4 experience
• In-depth understanding of valuation approaches
• Strong excel modelling skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ACA or CFA qualified preferred

• Perform valuation analyses
• Advise clients on corporate actions
• Conduct financial reporting valuations
• Valuation of goodwill and asset impairment
• Valuation for tax purposes
• Valuation of complex derivatives and debt instruments
