• Oversee engineering strategy and roadmap
• Lead full-stack development
• Ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance
• Design EHR integration patterns
• Build and lead the founding engineering team
• Design front end interfaces
• Design AI-driven systems
• Lead AI infrastructure decisions
