Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in warehouse inventory management
• Deep understanding of q-commerce fulfillment operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL & Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory control
• Manage and coach a team
• Minimize physical vs. system mismatches
• Analyze trends in stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with teams to manage stock integrity
• Implement and improve inventory processes
• Develop reporting and dashboards
• Support audits with documentation
