• Strong knowledge of LLMs and retrieval pipelines
• Proven experience with CDPs and mar-tech stacks
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Fluency in AI/ML workflows
• Strong belief in productized intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead product development of AI-native Growth Engine
• Translate customer insights into programmable journeys
• Define requirements for autonomous treatment orchestration
• Integrate hybrid AI stacks for personalized actions
• Own roadmap for system integration
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data science
