Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer II

Overview

Infrastructure engineer responsible for systems and network administration, incident management, and infrastructure enhancements.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering with strong knowledge of network protocols and systems.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
• Desired certifications include Network +, CCNA, CCNP
• Experience with Next Generation Firewalls and MDM
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud services
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols
• Experience in managing heterogeneous network environments
• Good working knowledge of IT security tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network
• Design and implement network solutions
• Monitor IT infrastructure
• Resolve production incidents
• Conduct service reviews
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
• Document network infrastructure
• Ensure rapid incident resolution
