Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Scrum Master
• 1-3 years in Agile environment or 4 years in project environment
• English proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification required within 180 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Improve team dynamics and performance
• Provide coaching on Lean-Agile principles
• Resolve dependencies and impediments
• Foster continuous improvement culture
• Guide teams in decision-making and problem-solving
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog management
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters
