• 7+ years of software testing experience
• At least 2 years in a lead role
• Bs in Computer Sciences or similar
• Full English Fluency
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures
• SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist Certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy
• Design and implement testing frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Analyze system requirements for testability
• Drive test automation initiatives
• Mentor junior QA engineers
• Champion quality best practices
• Conduct audits for test planning
