Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies
• Proficiency in writing and managing BRDs and FRDs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of trading platform change initiatives
• Collaborate with traders and technology teams
• Manage project governance and stakeholder communications
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
• Support testing phases including UAT planning
• Ensure compliance with change management frameworks
