Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Ubiquity network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support
• Manage employee accounts and access permissions
• Create and update documentation
• Support IT infrastructure on AWS
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Improve IT processes and tools
• Assist with new systems rollout
• Complete additional tasks as needed
