Overview

Role involves proactive network monitoring and troubleshooting of offline devices.

Ideal candidate should be a Certified Tier 2 Engineer with Ruckus certifications.

• Philippines

Requirements

• Certified Tier 2 Engineer
• Preferably with Ruckus certifications
• In-house Tier 3 passer is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance to T2s
• Handle escalated calls for offline devices
• Monitor Nagios Alerts
• Notify properties of offline equipment
• Create and assign tech dispatches
• Initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Run and complete Post Installation Check
• Add installed equipment to the database
