Requirements

  • HCM System experience required
  • Client HCM Implementation experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Knowledge of Paylocity, iSolved, Paychex and/or ADP Workforce Now platforms preferred
  • Payroll processing experience preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' HCM Optimization Projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and clients
  • Implement solutions that impact the client organization
  • Examine existing client HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Document new Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform clerical functions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
