HCM System experience required Client HCM Implementation experience preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field Knowledge of Paylocity, iSolved, Paychex and/or ADP Workforce Now platforms preferred Payroll processing experience preferred SHRM certification preferred
Responsibilities
Manage clients' HCM Optimization Projects Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and clients Implement solutions that impact the client organization Examine existing client HRIS/Payroll systems Document new Standard Operating Procedures Perform clerical functions Perform other related duties as assigned
