Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance
• Proactive network monitoring
• Create and handle tech dispatches
• Troubleshoot offline devices
• Install and configure replacement devices
• Notify properties of offline equipment
• Run and complete Post Installation Check
• Update tracking spreadsheets
