• Experience with EMRs like A2C, Prompt, Webpt/therabill, Patient studio, Theraoffice

Responsibilities

• Manage a team for billing accuracy
• Stay updated on insurance regulations
• Track production and collection targets
• Investigate trends with insurance carriers
• Review billing stats and set targets
• Maintain aged accounts and collections
• Ensure clients understand responsibilities
• Implement timely billing and follow-up programs
• Submit monthly reports to CEO/Owner
