Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or related field
• 4+ years of client service or investor relations experience
• Strong understanding of alternative investments
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through active communication
• Serve as main point of contact for trades
• Become subject matter expert of CAIS platform
• Liaise with clients on user experience
• Create and execute new processes
• Collaborate cross functionally with various teams
• Additional responsibilities based on capacity
