Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding process
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Manage customer renewals and upselling opportunities
• Engage with customers for feedback and improvement
• Develop product knowledge
• Identify strategic partnerships
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Coordinate department projects
