Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and advanced mechanical and electrical technician experience.

• Ensure optimal customer service
• Own functions of the Service Excellence team
• Establish Service Excellence Advancement program
• Drive operation of Budderfly HVAC Units
• Build Service Excellence Technician teams
• Develop training programs
• Manage HR and payroll functions
• Motivate reports to work safely
