• 10+ years in multi-site operations
• Experience in geothermal drilling or construction required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• 10+ years overseeing drilling operations required

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site geothermal operations
• Develop strategic plans for operational efficiency
• Manage day-to-day operations across sites
• Plan projects 6-24 months in advance
• Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements
• Lead and mentor operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Identify best practices for efficiency
