• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in Consulting or Technical sales
• Strong technical background in RESTful API

Responsibilities

• Define and execute implementation plans
• Address technical questions from customers
• Conduct product training sessions
• Create technical proposals
• Proactively test and monitor client setups
• Work closely with CSM and Technical teams
• Stay abreast of industry trends
• Facilitate integration of customer feedback
