Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Information Systems Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in IT Operations support
• Ability to train and mentor technical staff
• Experience with security best practices
• Expertise in Windows 10, Windows 11, and iOS
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor ticket queue and manage escalations
• Take ownership of projects
• Develop processes for user requirements
• Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding
• Diagnose hardware and software issues
• Respond to security incidents
• Assist with telecom and AV setup
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
