• 2+ years in Staff+ roles at fintech or crypto startup
• Deep knowledge of payments and wallet infrastructure
• Experience designing ledger systems
• Hands-on experience building crypto or stablecoin rails
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience enabling "agentic" shopping
• Mentor backend engineers

Responsibilities

• Own scalable and resilient back-end components
• Lead development of wallet infrastructure
• Build distributed systems with high uptime
• Collaborate with banks and PSPs
• Lead architectural decisions
• Integrate fraud and compliance
• Partner with frontend and data teams
• Mentor backend engineers
