• 4-6+ years in Legal Ops or Contracts
• Hands-on redlining and negotiation experience
• Strong client communication skills
• Familiarity with service-based business models
• Experience managing version control and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Manage contract workflows and governance
• Serve as legal point of contact for clients
• Design and implement contract systems
• Build and maintain SOPs for contract workflows
• Apply sound judgment in escalating legal issues
• Partner with RevOps, Finance, and CX
