Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate contracts
  • Manage contract workflows and approval paths
  • Own contract lifecycle governance
  • Design and implement contract systems
  • Build and maintain SOPs for contract workflows
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and CX
