  • Experience with semi-monthly payroll for 600+ employees
  • Thorough understanding of payroll regulations
  • Workday experience preferred
  • International payroll experience a plus
  • Equity compensation experience a plus
  • Attention to detail required

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in multi-state environment
  • Ensure accuracy of tax and deductions
  • Provide customer service for payroll inquiries
  • Coordinate with legal for state registrations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Ad hoc payroll reporting
  • W-2 coordination
  • Assist with equity administration
