Requirements

  • 3 years customer service experience in B2B
  • Experience in financial services or channel sales
  • Detail-oriented for documentation accuracy
  • Working knowledge of tax credit financing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office
  • Organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and revenues from accounts
  • Engage with clients from application to funding
  • Gather necessary information for Sales and Underwriting
  • Ensure high-quality loan applications
  • Support sales objectives
  • Track client information in Salesforce
  • Occasional travel within Canada
  • Perform other duties as assigned
