Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management
  • Experience managing 100-150 accounts
  • Salesforce proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a high-value portfolio of accounts
  • Drive customer success for Event Technology clients
  • Mitigate churn and maximize retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor
  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews
