• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in software testing
• Proven experience leading QA teams
• Strong expertise in manual and automated testing
• Experience with test automation tools
• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Solid understanding of API and performance testing
• Excellent communication skills

• Lead and manage the QA team
• Design and develop test strategies
