• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze business requirements
• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Provide guidance on best practices
• Conduct workshops and training sessions
• Support data migration efforts
• Create documentation for configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules
