• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Prior experience in leading a Platform Engineering function
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with AWS
• Extensive hands-on experience in architecting complex data platforms

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Platform roadmap
• Lead the development of the data pipeline
• Lead the delivery of supporting platform services
• Define the long-term vision of the data platform
• Build strong relationships with internal customers
