• 1-3 years customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology

Responsibilities

• Resolve insurance claim denials
• Investigate denials via insurance provider portals
• Contact patients to update insurance information
• Process credit card payments
• Review and process insurance and patient refunds
• Work with clinicians to resolve billing issues
