Overview

Integral member of the IT Operations team responsible for maintaining software and hardware functionality.

Ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in IT Operations or Support with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in IT Operations or Support
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Slack, MDM/UEM, Office 365
• Proficient in IT Service Desk and Remote Desktop Support
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python, Perl, or PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees
• Monitor and maintain computer systems
• Implement and enforce IT policies
• Collaborate with Information Security team
• Manage IT asset management activities
• Resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain technical documentation
