Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via calls, emails, and texts
  • Multitask between different communication channels
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ATM machines
  • Process refunds for crypto orders
  • Notate customer accounts for future reference
  • Fill out scam reports
  • Work with other departments as needed
  • Track transactions via blockchain ledger
