  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in scripting languages like Bash or Python
  • Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and MacOS
  • Experience with ticket management systems like Zendesk or JIRA
  • Knowledge of cyber security technologies
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
