Responsibilities

• Execute community partnership strategy
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers
• Expand community partnerships
• Identify new opportunities for referrals
• Train referral sources
• Provide ongoing support to referral partners
• Work with Enrollment Team
• Monitor healthcare industry trends
