Role supporting patients with opioid use disorder through peer-based recovery support.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a peer recovery coach and personal experience with substance use disorder treatment.

• 2+ years as peer recovery coach
• 2+ years in medical practice
• Personal experience with SUD treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based support
• Document client visits
• Engage clients in substance use education
• Identify barriers to participation
• Maintain communication with medical providers
• Attend assigned meetings
