Requirements

  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Experience in insurance verification
  • Experience using EHRs and CRMs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use
  • Engage with potential patients via email, SMS, phone, and live chat
  • Conduct phone intakes to collect health information
  • Verify insurance coverage and schedule appointments
  • Register patients and document clinical information
  • Update CRM to track patients' progress
  • Provide information and referrals for community resources
  • Participate in program development efforts
