• Expert knowledge of Desktop Underwriter & Loan Prospector/Loan Product Advisor

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and decision various mortgage loans
• Verify and analyze financial information
• Review appraisal reports
• Conduct analysis of applicant's data
• Calculate qualifying ratios
• Work with cross-functional teams
