Requirements

• Experience as Sales Assistant or similar role
• Hands-on experience with FreshDesk or similar CRM
• Strong background in pipeline management and sales reporting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Tech-savvy and organized
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pipelines using FreshDesk
• Assist in onboarding and qualifying leads
• Generate and analyze sales reports
• Support sales reps with coordination
• Maintain data hygiene in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and client success teams
• Identify process inefficiencies
• Provide administrative support to sales leadership
