Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipelines using FreshDesk
  • Assist in onboarding and qualifying leads
  • Generate and analyze sales reports
  • Support sales reps with coordination
  • Maintain data hygiene in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and client success teams
  • Identify process inefficiencies
  • Provide administrative support to sales leadership
