Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for Nonprofit strategy
• Mentor senior and staff developers
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure adoption of leading edge tools and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders for technical solutions
• Implement robust architecture patterns
• Lead escalations and incidents
• Work with legacy systems
