  • At least 2 years of Office 365/Teams experience
  • Experience in tier 1 help desk support preferred
  • Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Assist with documentation of technical solutions
  • Partner with Program Support team
  • Serve as first contact for technical assistance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Escalate unresolved issues
