• Master's or Bachelor's degree required
• Active clinical license preferred
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred
• 2+ years training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clinical training programs
• Onboard and support clinicians
• Develop engaging learning materials
• Monitor provider progress post-training
• Identify training needs through data analysis
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain training documentation
• Contribute to a culture of learning
