• Manage and lead Behavioral Care Managers
• Develop processes for BCM team
• Monitor team KPIs
• Manage caseload and conduct evaluations
• Participate in training
• Practice evidence-based techniques
• Lead 1:1 meetings
• Collaborate with clinical team
