Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical development or sales engineering
• Proven experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platform
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies including SSO, API development, and system synchronization
• Experience in developing complex integrations using Python
• Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• A passion for learning new technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and development of technical solutions
• Manage technical rollout during onboarding
• Design and implement complex integration solutions
• Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements
• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• Continuously seek opportunities for improving integration processes
• Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing
