• Proven experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio showing range and leadership
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
• Team management experience
• Excellent research, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead visual concepting and execution
• Create consistent brand assets
• Manage and mentor a team of creatives
• Inspire team to develop visual solutions
• Collaborate with various teams for consistency
• Direct shoots and oversee post-production
• Ensure quality control at final delivery
• Act as a brand guardian
