Requirements

• 2+ years Gainsight admin experience
• Gainsight NXT Certification preferred
• Deep understanding of CS processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Own Gainsight architecture and governance
• Design data-driven workflows and dashboards
• Capture and prioritize business requirements
