Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 NOC and SRE teams
• Oversee daily operations and incident management
• Implement SRE practices
• Drive automation and tool development
• Conduct root cause analysis
• Partner with Engineering and Service Delivery teams
• Serve as escalation point for high-priority issues
