Responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS, including Workday modules and data integrity.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with Workday HRIS and strong Excel skills.

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with Workday HRIS required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Self-starter with problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Support Workday go-live process
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems
• Create and distribute reports
• Manage audits for ACA
• Support upgrades to HRIS
• Perform quality checks of employee data
• Respond to inquiries with customer service
• Build data integrations with vendors
