Support Engineer

Overview

Role involves troubleshooting technical issues and providing support as a Tier 2 professional.

Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in support roles with strong technical skills.

Located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, or willing to work mid-shift (12-8pm) if in EST

• 3-5 years experience in tier 1 and tier 2 support
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Experience running scripts in Python or Bash

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical requests
• Collaborate with product management and engineering
• Create and improve workflows for support tickets
• Assess internal tooling for visibility on issues
• Apply software testing practices
