Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Recent experience in Accounts Payable at a public company
• Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead finance liaison for international teams
• Create and maintain supplier records
• Review supplier onboarding documentation
• Primary contact for supplier data inquiries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Support data standardization and process improvement
• Work with auditors
• Support monthly and annual close activities
